All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort.
He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ. /2 Corinthians 1:3-5/

When I accepted Christ as my Saviour at the age of 17 it seemed to me that my life  would be like a stroll through a rose garden. I thought that the Lord was obliged to  save me from all the troubles, struggles, and disasters of life. Unfortunately it was  an unbiblical illusion, and one day it burst like a bubble. What followed was a long period of trials.

I have experienced a lot of pain,  but the Lord has been with me  as  He promised: "When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will  not be burned up;  the flames will not consume you.“  (Isaiah 43:2)  Through a prophetic Word the Lord promised me that these hardships  would not overpower me, for He is the Lord, He is the HEALER, and He will finish  the work He has started in me.  I was walking through the valley of shadows; the  shadow of death was over me, but Jesus is the Victor over death! He has triumphed  over sin and death!

I believe that the Lord can redeem the bad things and use them for  good in the lives of those who love Him. And we know that God causes everything to  work together for good, to those who love God and are  called according to His purpose for them. (Romans 8:28 ).

I believe that He is the one who gives me hope and a future! "For I know the plans I  have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give  you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
I believe that these words are true in my life as well: “Yes,” Jesus replied, “and I  assure you that everyone who has given up house or brothers or sisters or  mother or father or children or property, for my sake and for the Good  News, will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers,  sisters, mothers, children, and property—along with persecution. And in the  world to come that person will have eternal life. (Mark 10:29-30)

I believe that after all the tragedies, struggles and rejection, the Lord has begun the  healing process of my heart and soul. He will restore me and make me whole again.  He has been using the trials of my life for good: to encourage other women, who  have lost HOPE. He has called me to help and encourage them, so that they can rise  up again and, after their broken lives have been restored, respond to their calling.  I believe that "He heals the brokenhearted, binding up their wounds". (Psalm 147:3)

This is my song to the Lord now:

I waited patiently for the LORD to help me,
and He turned to me and heard my cry.
He lifted me out of the pit of despair,
out of the mud and the mire.
He set my feet on solid ground
and steadied me as I walked along.
Psalms 40 :13

I believe that HE CARES for YOU because He is your Heavenly Father! Trust in  Him and allow Him to help you!
